Kids Intro to Sewing Machine
Ages 7-11
New to sewing! Perfect for complete beginners or have never used a sewing machine. Once you get familiar on how to operate the sewing machine, it will help build your confidence to start your new sewing projects.  We provide sewing machines for the lesson, however if you have your own machine we suggest you bring it to class along with the manual.

Kids Fashion Sewing 101 (4 weeks)
Ages 7-11
Level: Basic to Intermediate

Prerequisite: Students will need to take the Intro to Sewing Machine class if they have never used a sewing machine.

The beginners class is designed perfectly for new students who want to learn the skills of sewing. Our students will work on fun and unique projects throughout the classes. 

Projects examples:
Patch pillows, Fashion bags and  Aprons.

Skills:
•Sewing machine basic
•Understand measurements
•Pin and cut fabric accurately
•To press properly Work with varies materials.

Fabric and Pattern:
Not Included. To be provided by students.

Kids Fashion Sewing 102 (8 weeks)
Ages 7-11
Level: Intermediate

This class we offer students who have taken our Kids sewing 101 class or students who have used a sewing machine and would like to continue their creative sewing skills. In this class, students will learn to create a fashionable garment.

Project examples: 
Dress, skirt, PJ Pants and Fashion tops.

Skills: 
•Learn to design and draw
•Understanding measurements
•Learn hand sewing techniques
•Pin and cut fabric accurately
•Learn different stitches and seam finishes
•Learn to press properly •Work with various materials

Teens Intro to Sewing Machine
Ages 12 and up

Teens Fashion Sewing (8 weeks)
Ages 12 and up
Level: Intemediate
Class is for students who have taken our Teen Fashion Sewing 101 class or have prior experience with sewing machines. The students will have the opportunity to learn how to make a garment by using a commercial pattern. Students may choose a pattern from our suggested list for their project to create a trendy garment.

Projects examples: 
Fashion tops, pants,skirt and dresses.

Skills:
•Learn to read pattern
•Understand measurements
•Learn different stitches and seam finishes
•Know how to layout and cut pattern pieces
•Garment assembly and terminology
• Work with varies materials
